Ada De La Cruz, owner of the renowned ADAS BEAUTY BAR in Stratford, Connecticut, has
maintained a strong passion for her profession and her colleagues. She believed that providing a
commercial space designed as an intimate, suite-style venue could support beauty professionals in
expanding their businesses while offering a private setting for their clients.
In November 2025, Gina Lariccia of BESPOKE THE SALON SUITE became the first tenant within
Ada’s new business model. Ms. Lariccia launched her salon suite in 2014 and has been operating her
business successfully since then. She was particularly excited to experience the vibrant energy of a full-
service hair salon while enjoying the privacy of her own suite for herself and her clients.
